How Can I Stop The Iminant Wave Of !!?

Hey, my name is Katie. And... my dad watches . T~T UGH! I know that "It perfectly normal, blah blah blah!" Its my dad people! Tell me you wouldn't be just as disgusted! TELL ME!! Now I need help on blocking it. All of it. videos in general! I don't give a damn what he reads but I want the videos blocked! Now, does anyone know how I can block sights in general. Please, I'm fricken begging you! We just got internet hooked up again after a year and a half -maybe longer! I can't even remember!- And I just CAN'T have to worry about waking up at three in the morning, heading too the bathroom and seeing... that! Nghh,,,, So please, for my mental health and future savings from having to pay copious amounts of money on therapy. :S Please, imagine if this was your dad! I'll wait....... Disgusting right?!?
