100% pure and organic?

Organic is regulated by the USDA. "100% pure" has no regulation and thus can be meaningless. To add to confusion the FDA regulates all cosmetics and does not have an Organic standards as the USDA does so anything regulated by the FDA such as body care and cosmetic products can use the term Organic and not have a single certified Organic ingredient and a lot of substances that would be banned if this were a certified organic product (and there are a few body care companies that go the extra step and get their products certified Organic via the USDA.)
