Who owns the 'Custard Cream' logo?

All Custard Creams, no matter what brand they are (Marks & Spencers, Tesco, Morrisons etc) have the same design on them, the actual buiscuit - the same way 'Custard Cream' is written and the same swirly design. Who owns that?
