How do i get him to admit to liking me?

so i work w/ this guy who is a manager @ my work ( not manager n my dept). well its came 2 my attention that he flirts heavily w/ me. ALWAYS teasing me. my friend whose friends w/ him even can tell theres something between us. her bf whose friends w/ the guy 2 says he notices the flirtation but says he doubts this guy willl admit it. well make a long story short my friend brought it up & he was like no i couldnt do it. i wouldnt date her & she even called him out on him flirting w/ me but denies it. she said she could feel the tension between me & him. idk why he wont admit to it. when its so obvious. should i say something?? & supposedly he said i remind him of his ex which i dont know what that means. i mean always poking me in the arm. touch my hat. asking why i dont like him and i was like no i do. and i said why dont u like me and he was like i neever said i did.should i say something to him??? please gimme some advice. and 2 make matters worse, im shy as hell. afraid of rejection
