What is the deference of World Record, Area Record, World Leading and Championship record in Athletics contest?

The world record is the best ever. The area record would be something like the record in Europe or for a particular country. The championship record is the fast time run at that competition. In this case, the championship record refers to the World Championships that are going on right now (which occur every couple of years).
