Can I lose 60 pounds by the end of June? Any tips?
I would tell you to set your weight loss goal a bit lower, maybe 30-40 pounds. People set goals which sometimes are not attainable, or are very hard to achieve. By setting smaller goals, you can work towards reaching your big goal, which in your case is 60 pounds. If you set your goal too high, you may get discouraged if you do not see the results you want. Have your goal be to lose 30-40 pounds by the end of June. If you stay on top of eating healthy and exercising you will see the results you want. I hope everything goes well and that you reach your goal!
