What scores should I send to these colleges?

I still have to apply to Yale, Princeton, and Emory Universities, but I don't know if I should send my ACT or SAT scores. I got a 33 composite on the ACT (Eng: 35 Math: 35 Reading:35 Sci:26). But I got a 31 composite two other times and would have to send all three scores. Or I can send my SAT scores, for which I got a 2240 (Critical Reading: 740 Math: 770 Writing: 730). I only took the SAT once. Should I send my ACT scores or my SAT score to these colleges?
