Location of OBD II port on 1998 Honda Civic?

Since OBDII came out, they standardized the port. Basically, one connection can connect to all cars. Same for location of the port, it must be between the drive and center console. Just look under the dash-just between the pedals and under the steering wheel- on the driver's side. There will be a plug with pins in it.
