I need 18th birthday party help!!?

My birthday is coming up and I don't know what to do! I live in seattle and want to go out with about 20 people to dinner. Does anyone know some semi-formal places to eat that could hold all of us? I am looking for somewhere in Fremont (i love this city). Does anyone have suggestions for what to do after? like run around the city!?
