How long should India wait for war if ....?

Mumbai attacks sparked the anger among Indian community for Government's inaction against those perpetuated terror in financial capital. Now evidence directly suggest that trails of attack lead back to Karachi with phone intercepts, GPS and other materials found with dead terrorist and one alive who confessed to be Pakistani citizen. President of Pak Zaradari has directly said that terrorist are not from his country and will not hand over the list of terrorists handed over to them by India, claiming they have surveillance over terrorists.He also claimed that there is no evidence against those terrorists although India has given full details of each on the list of why they are wanted. In such direct rejection of co-operation against war on terror, how long Should India wait for strike on terror camps in Pakistan? The citizens of Pakistan will never know the truth because media has never even tried to present unbiased view, let alone couldn't present against their country.
