Help for an abridged series?

So right now I'm working on one, hopefully it will be good, I'm using Windows Movie Maker and the mic I got from rock band 2 (surprisingly the quality isn't too terrible). I was just wondering if anyone knows what programs all the good abridged people use such as: GanXingba, LittleKuriboh, Vegeta3986, MasakoX, Lanipator, Takahata, Megami33, Just all those people. Also what makes their series so funny (your opinion)
