Could these bumps be allergies?

I'm not a dermatologist but ill try to help: besides food, think of anything pertaining to skin. um, have u changed a body soap lately, something new? Have u eaten anything new in ur diet? It could even be ingrown hairs? If its a type of acne, id try the neutragena acne body wash or something, but only on a very small part of the skin to see how ur skin reacts to it. It could also be a lotion or a type of material uve been wearing against the skin that may be bothering u. i wouldnt pick at them, squeeze them or anything in case they leave scars. hope i could be of some help.
