Yes, since this is a drive by wire throttle the TPS (throttle position sensor) and the throttle actuator motor are built in to the T.body and are non-serviceable parts and it must be replaced as an embly! And then they must perform what is called a "idle relearn procedure" to get the idle to the desired idle RPM. These throttle body emblies are very expensive parts and the price that you were given is in line with what they cost and as far as i know they are not yet available in the aftermarket!
